课程简介
1、同学们在英语学习过程中是否会有这些疑问：为什么跟不上听力材料的语速？单词好像都听出来了，但是整句话为什么还是没弄得很明白？感觉自己听懂了，为什么做题还是不准确？口语表达只能说简单的单词或简单句，如何提高？英语听说有什么技巧？老师要求做课堂报告，应该注意什么？……
2、这门课主要针对英语听说技能，选取8个不同主题的视频设计教学活动，帮助同学们（1）掌握英语视听材料的基本训练方法；（2）掌握和熟练运用英语听说基本技能；（3）训练和提升英语听说能力，并能够运用恰当的语言策略进行有效沟通；（4）从不同视角浅尝英语语言国家社会和文化；（5）进一步训练批判性思维能力。
3、本课程学习材料均选自英语国家主流媒体，语言真实度高、难度适中、贴近社会生活。课程有8个教学单元，并配套语言听说技能讲解模块。每个单元由“主题引入”、“表达拓展”、“听力训练”、“口语实训”四大部分组成，帮助同学们循序渐进展开听说训练。
