《导游英语情景口语》是一门旅游专业必修课程，适用于旅游导游专业学生、英语导游及涉外旅游接待工作者、社会各界旅游英语爱好者自主学习。本课程先后列为校级项目课程、校级重点建设与改革课程、校本慕课等。教学成效显著，曾获浙江省微课作品征集二等奖、浙江省高校微课教学比赛三等奖、浙江省教育技术成果评比三等奖、浙江省职业教育与成人教育优秀教科研成果奖三等奖等多个教学奖项。
本课程旨在培养学生英语导游职业能力。以导游工作过程为主线，通过任务驱动、情景示范、教师讲解等方式来帮助学生掌握知识，形成技能。本课程采用“实景示范”教学方法。每个导游任务都配有实景示范视频，给学生直观形象感受。围绕示范视频展开对英语导游所需业务、语言和讲解知识的讨论，从而使他们能够更容易地掌握学习内容，提高学习效率。本课程采用“分层式”教学方法，将每个导游任务分成几个部分来逐步地展示教学内容，每部分都总结经典英语句型，从而降低学习难度，激发学习兴趣。
本课程由在校教师与行业专家共同授课，课程团队包括高校教师、优秀英语导游、高级翻译员和景区讲解员。
