课程简介

        课程教学目标为:夯实学生英语基础知识,提高其英语读写水平,培养其英语综合应用能力,增强其跨文化交际意识和交际能力,发展其自主学习能力,提高综合文化素养,以适应我国社会发展和国际交流的需要。

        课程线上教学中教师主要通过运用任务型教学法、情境教学法、项目教学法、小组互助法、头脑风暴法等教学方法组织教学,加强师生交流互动,提高学生学习参与度。课程教学资源丰富、形式多样,为学生提供了大量的教学参考资料和灵活开放的学习条件,学生可根据自己的实际英语水平安排学习进度,进行个性化、自主式地在教师指导下的自主学习和英语能力训练,全方面满足了学生线下自主学习的需求。

        课程授课教材选用外语教学与研究出版社2015年最新出版的《新视野大学英语 第3&4册(第3版)》。所选课文篇章体裁多样,结构明晰,词汇丰富,单元题目设计针对性强,紧扣时代热门话题,贴近学生生活(如旅游、环境保护、男女平等、中西文化差异等)。围绕各单元展开的主题教学中,教师着力整合优质教学资源,将教学要求与学生兴趣有机结合起来,设计出操作性强、具有一定创新性的课堂教学活动方案,以期实现预期的课程教学目标。
