这门课会讲什么？
《酒店英语》在线课程旨在从酒店行业的角度进一步提高学生的英语应用能力，同时增加学生的酒店管理知识，为未来的涉外酒店工作打下坚实的英语基础。该课程分为7大板块：酒店行业基础知识、前厅服务、客房服务、餐饮服务、商务服务、康乐服务以及其它服务。每个板块从有什么、做什么和说什么入手，依次进入怎么做、怎么说和为什么这样做、为什么这样说，引导学生在全面掌握酒店日常工作英语基本用语的基础上，了解酒店业，熟悉酒店各部门的服务工作程序，同时把握酒店整体服务与管理的流程和运作技巧，为其成为国际酒店中高级人才做好充分准备。
