课程简介
《英语口语进阶》是一门公共英语口语技能课程，适合英语能力与大学一二年级相当的同学们。课程共10单元，主要授课语言为英语。
课程旨在培养和提高学生的英语口语能力，主要包括语音、交际技巧和演讲三个方面。
1）改善英语发音：针对中国学习者英语发音不标准、表达不自信的问题，课程系统讲解基础语音知识，并配以循序渐进的语音训练，帮助纠正学生英语发音中的不良口音，提高语音意识，掌握能进行课后持续性练习并改善语音的方法。
2）提升交际技巧：针对学习者在英语交流中不知如何开口、要说什么、怎么克服语言困难等问题，课程提出相应的解决方案，介绍交际技巧，帮助学生更好地应对日常英语交际和讨论。
3）提高英语演讲水平：针对学生在英语演讲中，内容空泛、表达缺乏逻辑和表现力等问题，课程介绍了从选题、内容组织、观点论证，到语言和演讲技巧一整套的知识，配以多类型的演讲任务。
课程除了教学视频外，辅以各种示范和作业视频，设计有多种形式的口头作业，促进口语技能的快速提升。
