“中医运动疗法----易筋经”是在全国中医药院校规范功法教材的基础上,
继承了传统“易筋经十二势”的精要,融科学性与普及性于一体,其格调古朴,蕴涵新意。
各势动作是连贯的有机整体,动作注重伸筋拔骨,舒展连绵,刚柔相济;
呼吸要求自然,动息相融;意随形走,以形导气,不重意念;
特别是根据传统易筋经内练的特点增加了“静态肌肉强化”训练,
这是易筋经独特的均衡肌体的训练体系,利用呼吸和运动的配合,
强调人的呼吸对人体运动的影响,从而改善人体运动机能,
练习后可打通关节、舒筋活血、强身健体,祛病延年,达到防病、抗病、养生、健身等功效,
对于辅助治疗康复各种慢性疾病均起到较明显的效果,是一种康复训练、慢性疾病修复的首选功法。
本课程的教学目的是:通过学习本课程,帮助学生理解易筋经基本理论与方法;
理解掌握易筋经强身健体的意义,掌握易筋经学练的方法,
初步掌握易筋经的易筋术功能修复体系,为有健康的体魄奠定良好的基础。
