这门课会讲什么?

(1) Physics is the foundation of natural science. College Physics is an important comprehensive compulsory basic course for science and engineering students. This course is taught in English. It can not only be used as a basic course for international students majoring in engineering, but also as a physics English course for students majored in physics. The study of this course can deepen students' understanding and cognition of the basic knowledge of physics, improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and cultivate students' scientific concept and exploration and innovation spirit..

 (2)This course systematically lays a necessary physical foundation for students, and it mainly focuses on motion law and physical mechanism behind it, and covers the following contents including introduction, description of motion, Newton's law, energy and work, momentum and collision, description of angular motion of rigid body, rigid body dynamics, simple harmonic vibration, mechanical wave foundation and related applications.

 (3)The basic concepts, theories and methods taught in this course constitute an important part of students' scientific literacy and are necessary for a scientist and engineer. While imparting basic concepts, theories and methods, this course also pays attention to the cultivation of students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and the cultivation of students' exploration spirit and innovative consciousness, so as to realize the coordinated development of students' knowledge, ability and quality.

(1)物理学是自然科学的基础。《大学物理》课程是理工科学生一门重要的综合性必修基础课。本课程采用全英文授课,不仅可以作为工科专业留学生的基础课程,还可以作为面向各高校物理专业学生的物理专业英语课程。通过该课程的学习,可以加深学生对物理专业基本知识的理解和认知,提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力、培养学生的科学观念及探索创新精神。

 (2)本课程系统地为学生打下了必要的物理基础,主要介绍了运动规律及其背后的物理机制,包括以下内容:介绍、运动描述、牛顿定律、能量与功、动量与碰撞、刚体角运动的描述;刚体动力学、简谐振动、机械波基础及其应用。

 (3) 本课程教授的基本概念、理论和方法是学生科学素养的重要组成部分,是科学家和工程师必备的。本课程在传授基本概念、理论和方法的同时,注重培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,培养学生的探索精神和创新意识,实现学生知识、能力和素质的协调发展。
