这门课会讲什么?

   学习人力资源管理专业的学生中将来不一定都会成为人力资源专家,但是,所有学生将来都要与他人共事。与他人共事是现实组织生活的一个方面,不论你的领域是会计、金融、市场营销、营运管理或其他。事实上,每一位经理都是人力资源管理者。因此,学习人力资源管理对将来打算从事管理工作的学生是必需的。

在当今竞争异常激烈的环境下,如何才能获得商业上的成功?对一个企业来说,往往是人的因素使它脱颖而出。员工的素质、对工作的热情和满意度、经验以及他们对公平待遇的感受都影响着公司的生产力、顾客服务水平、信誉和生存。简而言之,企业因人而异。

在全球经济一体化背景下,竞争范围迅速扩大,竞争程度空前加剧。事实证明,经济竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,竞争的胜利者将是那些占据人力资源优势的企业。在此形势下,企业亟需大批能够熟练运用现代人力资源管理与开发理论与技术的复合型管理人才

因此,本课程遵循的教学理念既强调讲授现代人力资源管理专业知识、理论原理与技术方法,又兼顾综合管理素养和人文素养的培养。本课程含有导论、人力资源环境、人力资源的获取和准备、人力资源的评估和开发、人力资源的回报,人力资源的控制与管理共五大板块内容。本课程采用多种教学方法和手段,通过线下教学与线上教学相结合、问题引导、案例分析、群组讨论、角色扮演、专家讲座、与HR面对面等方法丰富学生的学习体验。
